I really enjoy staying in Big Hotel Suites.

I really enjoy staying in Big Hotel Suites. all people were really welcoming! have no problem staying there. the only thing I would advise is to make the breakfast more various and to add more fruits and some sweets. otherwise if you stay there more than 2-3 days you could be a bit tired of it.

breakfast could be more various....but in other points everything was really cool for that price. so I would definitely advise this hotel to my friends.

It's proximity to Parkmall and Times Square, making meals convenient.

I was assigned the "Business Suite." It turned out to be a room without windows(boarded up from the outside,) and moldy smelling. The cushion feels already worn out as a side was sagging. One morning we had about 6 power outages throwing my room into total darkness because it had no windows.

Except for the issues listed above, it was ok,

Loved the confy bed, comforter and pillows.

There was no space around the lavatory to put toiletries on.No bidet. It was a no smoking area but when we entered the foyer from the elevator we were greeted by strong cigarette smells and two Japanese were smoking in the room with their door open, thus filling the foyer and hallways with the smell of smoke!

Comfortable bed, great location with lots of restaurants.

The beautiful courtyard was an unexpected pleasure. It is a nice place to sit and enjoy the beauty. The room was extra large and Bed was super comfortable. There is also a massage spa in the complex. We also enjoyed the live acoustic music although it was too loud! There are many very good restaurants in the complex and the mall is directly across the street. We liked it so much we booked it for another night way back through Cebu.

The second-floor security door has a problem with locking it and unlocking. It was difficult to open and sometimes it did not lock. Breakfast was disappointing, but the coffee at the spot and pudding was delicious.

No window. Bed is aged, you can feel the spring. Not a full service hotel - i booked for deluxe, no complimentary shower gel nor lotion as what other deluxe accommodations would offer. no bidet

Breakfest was poor, view room was blocked by construction pillar. Bathroom small compare to totall roomsize.

Generally, GOOD!

Night time, there is music everywhere, its lullaby for me!.... I like it!

(1) The door knob in the room where we stayed was defective. (stayed twice already same room knob not repaired. screw missing . (2) first time we were there, security door to 2nd floor rooms was working fine. the 2nd time we were there, it was left open because security features of the door broke down. hope it will be fixed before we arrived for our 3rd stay.

You get what you pay for. If your just looking for a place to sleep. This is the place.

Location and Price. Proximity to business meeting and food.

The Deluxe room do not have windows, WiFi is slow, signal of mobile network weak inside the room I will try the other Hotel beside this hotel which is named Big Hotel. This is has more business ambiance.

Good location, good for a cool night in an air conditioned room. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Room wasn’t exceptionally clean. Breakfast wasn’t very good. They had eggs but they were undercooked. If they spent a bit more time cleaning and maybe fixed up the rooms it would be a really good place to stay in Cebu
